In 2009, I decided to take advantage of all the cool technology and re-designed www.delcorealty.com to make it very user friendly and easy to use and save searches!  After a lot of hard work, in March 2010, the new delcorealty.com site was launched.  Constantly trying to stay on top of new technology, we are always adding to our site.  My husband's technology background has benefited us greatly with organically growing our SEO!   My business is built on relationships and referrals!   With over 22 years in Real Estate in Greenville, you can be assured to be represented properly!

BACKGROUND: In 1989: I became licensed as an SC REALTOR and worked summers with my family business until I graduated from Alabama in 1994.  In 1994: I Graduated from the University of Alabama w/ a B.A. in Communications.  From 1994-1995: I worked as an Agent w/ Prudential C. Dan Joyner Company. From 1995-2000 I worked as a Sales Representative w/ Ryan Homes.   My duties helped Buyers from the very beginning of building their new home from walking their lot, to picking out decorator colors to add the finishing touches of their new home.  In 2000:  I was offered the opportunity to start the New Homes Division of Prudential C. Dan Joyner Company.  Working with Prudential as the Sales Manager for the New Homes Division,  I opened up over 10 new neighborhoods within a year, managed agents and acted as a liason between the builder and Prudential.  In 2001: I decided I needed a change and went to work for Columbia National Mortgage Company as a loan officer, specializing in builder accounts.  With this expertise, I can help you walk thru the mortgage process with an in-depth knowledge of this ever changing industry.  In 2002:  I decided to go back into Real Estate to help my family's business as an Agent w/ Del-co Realty Group.  In 2006: I purchased the company from my family becoming an Owner/Agent w/ Del-co Realty Group.  In 2010: I became the Broker-in-Charge of Del-co Realty.   Growing our company to fit todays needs for buyers and sellers!
