According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2015 Profile of Home Staging, 96% of REALTORS® representing buyers say that staging your home does have an effect; it just comes down to how much:

  • 52% of buyers’ agents believe staged homes increase the value dollar buyers are willing to offer anywhere from 1 to 20%, while 71% of sellers’ agents believe this to be true
  • 81% of buyers said that they could more easily visualize themselves in a home if it was staged and 46% were more willing
