On Tuesday, February 22, 2011 I had the honor of attending the SC Association of Realtors (SCR) annual Legislative Lobby Day.  Over 200 of my fellow Realtors® met on the Statehouse steps in Columbia, SC to advocate on YOUR behalf regarding a couple of key issues:

  • Point of Sale Tax Update (H.3713)
  • Private Transfer Fee Prohibition (H.3095)

This was my first lobby day I have ever attended and can honestly say, it will NOT be my last!
