Holly Tree Plantation Real Estate
It's difficult to say the name Holly Tree Plantation and not think of golf. The residential community of Holly Tree Plantation was developed around the spectacular 18 hole Holly Tree Country Club. Holly Tree Plantation real estate is composed of more than 500 detached single family homes, in a variety of styles and ages. The area's housing options run the full gamut, from 1,600 sq ft ranchers, to 4,800 sq ft executive properties, and everything in between.
No cookie cutter community, Holly Tree Plantation home prices are equally varied, but typically cover a span from the high $100's to the mid $300's. The golf course was developed in 1973, with some homes dating to that period. Construction in the community has been ongoing, so it's common to find a broad cross section of real estate in Holly Tree. Lot sizes are equally unique but are normally half to three-quarters of an acre in size.
Holly Tree Plantation: More Than Golf
But Holly Tree Plantation is not only about golf. The community also has an excellent clubhouse, an Olympic style swimming pool, 10 tennis courts, expanses of green space and walking trails and much more. Lush and green, the community features a wealth of trees, the Holly trees that provide the area with its name, as well as many Poplars and Oaks. The areas' youngsters attend the Bethel Elementary School, the Hillcrest Middle School and the Mauldin High School.
Spacious, lush and green, blessed with an almost embarrassing amount of recreational opportunities, and located within easy driving distance to just about everything - Holly Tree Plantation is in a class by itself; this is one of Simpsonville's most desirable residential communities.
