Highland Creek Community
Elegant custom built homes in a lush and natural setting, that's one way of describing the Highland Creek residential community. Located on Jonesville Road in Simpsonville, this 115 home neighborhood was developed between 1995 and 2004. Highland Creek real estate consists exclusively of single family homes ranging in size from 1,800 sq ft to more than 3,800 sq ft in some cases.
One and a half and two story homes dominate, properties that employ traditional construction techniques with vinyl siding and brick and stone accents. Prices in this attractive community normally range in the mid $200's to the mid $300's. Sited on large lots, there is a general feeling of spaciousness to the community.
Schools & Amenities
Despite being close to all Greenville County services, amenities and recreation, there is a pleasant semi-rural atmosphere to Highland Creek. Part of this is due to the community's location in proximity to a 16 acre forest, coupled with the neighborhood's lush landscaping and well treed streets. Local children can attend the Bells Crossing Elementary School and the Hillcrest Middle and High Schools.
The community has a lot to offer local residents including a swimming pool and kiddie pool. Bounded by Gilder Creek, there is ample rustic common land and walking trails to explore, while the very active homeowners association organizes events year round. Midway between Simpsonville and Greenville, yet in an idyllic world of its own, Highland Creek is your place in the country, minutes from everything the urban world offers.
