Holly Trace Community
Encompassing some 180 properties, Holly Trace is situated on Highway 14, in proximity to the Holly Tree Plantation golf community. Homes in this neighborhood were constructed in the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s. Holly Trace real estate consists of custom built single family homes in a variety of styles and finishes. Home sizes range from 2,000 sq ft to some larger properties nearing the 4,500 sq ft mark. A few of the houses in this community come with full finished basements.
